I love being a guide for people's health and fitness journey. My passion is helping people discover what they are capable of. I have been coaching/training in the health and fitness industry for more than 20 years.

Damon is our speed specialist. with 20+ years of track & field experience and some state championships to match, his speed training programs are proven. Looking for improvement in Athletic performance? Come by for one of our speed classes!

Our leading barbell coach,. Tony is certified as an Olympic lifting coach and has even competed at the Arnold Classic among other regional level weightlifting events.

I've been a coach in a gym setting for over 5 years. This is the most rewarding coaching job I've had. The progress I see daily is next to none. My goal as a coach is to make sure everyone I see on a daily basis moves better than they did yesterday and that they set themselves up for a healthy future.

This class is a perfect blend of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, gymnastics, and functional movement. EVERYTHING can be modified for EVERYONE regardless of age, fitness level, or physical health. We will teach you how to move efficiently with solid techniques to get the most out of your workouts.

Olympic Weightlifting

Learn the basics of Olympic weightlifting (Snatch, Clean, and Jerk) through technique, strength, and accessory work programmed in-house. Boombox Barbell Club is registered with USAW.

We're excited to announce that we're now offering Spartan classes to our schedule, starting in march . Whether you're looking to push yourself to new limits, or just want to try something new, our Spartan classes are designed to challenge and inspire you.

What Are Spartan Classes ?

They're a high-intensity, full-body workout that will help you build strength, endurance, and agility. With a combination of cardio, strength training, and functional movements, our Spartan classes will help you reach new heights of fitness and wellness.

Are spartan classes suitable for a Beginner?

ABSOLUTELY! Our experienced and certified instructors will guide you through each class, offering modifications and progressions to suit your individual needs and abilities. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, our classes are designed to help you achieve your goals.

When will spartan classes become available ?

We plan to add spartan classes to our weekly rotation March 2023.
